I stayed at Giolitti Smart and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities and rooms were clean, and the location was perfect - close to Termini and within walking distance to the city 

Fantastic Location

The hotel's fantastic location in the heart of Rome's historic center truly made my stay unforgettable. It felt like stepping into a time machine and being transported back to the glory days of the Eternal City. Every corner

Almost perfect.

Clean rooms and good location near public transportation. The hotel also offered a pleasant garden and terrace for relaxation. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing a positive experience.

The noise from nearby train lines was a downside, causing some disturbance during the stay. the breakfast offered was basic and could be improved.

Friendly staff who spoke basic English, nice and clean room, fresh towels every two days, close to train station. Staff manager Jan was amazing, handling requests professionally and providing great customer service. 

The rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for a group of friends. We had a blast exploring the city, especially the Colosseum and the Vatican. The hotel's location was super convenient, with easy access to the metro and Termini 

I always come back to this hotel. The staff helped me with money advice during my first stay. It has Wi-Fi, luggage storage, paid shuttle, TV, breakfast, no pets. Perfect for my trip.
